It’s a good property except for some bad experiences during last visit 2 weeks back. The quality of Linen used are very bad. They are almost worn out and beyond its life. Please change your linen and supply fresh one. This is not good for a hotel of this repute. Hope you will do the needful. I was feeling very comfortable in the bed and used another sheet to sleep over the bed cover. Also the breakfast, don’t bring quality down. Last time was not good like before. Tomorrow, I will be checking in again. I believe the house keeping will act promptly.

A bit over priced but neatly maintained hotel. We checked in at 1AM and found the water valve in the bathroom is closed ! Immediately they upgraded us to a suit room in the same floor. The service response was instant The rooms as well as bathrooms are good. Spacious too. The reception staff at all point was extremely good guys. I came for a print and I was surprised with thier hospitality. Very good staff. Same at their restaurant too. This place is located in a extremely convenient and accessible place .. whenever I come to major cities in Kerala I keep my car in hotel parking and roam around in auto due to heavy traffic and non availability of parking in city. That point of view this hotel is at a great location for me

To get the best rooms in town for the easy rates, Vivin is the choice. Also Vivin has all the access points for the best getaway that you can plan in a swift. The staff is swiftly helpful with our requests anytime, the only downside is slightly the parking of cars, which is a tiring with the stacked parking system (which is manageable)

I spent 2 nights with my family there, rooms were okay for the price. Food was very good and delicious. The swimming pool maintenance was not good it was full of dead insects. I personally asked the receptionist to arrange a private taxi to go to the railway station at 5:30 am and he said to me that Ola or Uber will be available at that time so I didn't book for cab. But we couldn't get ola or Uber at 5:00 am to 5:30 am and no autorickshaw was available and finally I saw a private taxi in the petroleum pump which was opposite to hotel and I ran there and requested the driver and he agreed to drop us to the railway station and luckily we reached exactly 5 minutes before the train departure. Please advise the receptionist employees to not give wrong informations.
