Dr Goutham proved to be very effective in controlling diabetes for my mother. She had diabetes almost 20 years and never fasting levels came below 200. Dr Goutham gave lot of time to understand her case and asked detailed questions about diet, lifestyle, current medications and then recommended medication and even worked out suggested diet plan.
Within 2-3 months, results were amazing and fasting levels were 120-140 range.
Want to say big thank you to his efforts and share my personal experience with everyone.
Now he has become my family doctor and I go to him for any problems for anyone in my family.

I visit for my MOM, she is diabetic patient, Dr.Goutham is one of the dedicated and professional Doctors around. My mom was (60) using insulin after 2 visits, Doctor changed her medication to tablets ..now she is doing far better than ever. thx Goutham sir.

Dr. Gowtham Valapala is a young and dynamic doctor. Very quick in grasping the health issue. Very caring and treated me online very effectively after I had Omicron symptoms after I visited him in person. Very responsive and caring even online. Guide me with all precautions of Covid and helped me in treating effectively including arranging testing at door steps. Super sir many thanks
