The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The staff at this property are all great especially receptionist and restaurant captain! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The food was good but quantity is too much for one person, whatever you order most of it will get wasted and for sure the restaurant staff were very quick. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone to visit.
"Sheetal was really sweet and soft spoken and caring ,she always asked for any assistance required and allowed me to use their PC for my personal use . Very thankful to her. "
Shower quality and hot water arrangement not upto the mark but that doesn't really counts in such a friendly environment, i stayed alone but staff always kept connected with me. Looking forward for more stays at Victoria Hotel.

Hotel Victoria as the name goes will leave no stone untouched and unturned to give their guest a victorious experience. Starting from the scratch till the end... meaning from the welcoming at the door by the guard to the reception or housekeeping or the restaurant services, everyone and everything is spick and span. Victoria is the one stop where your money is valued. Be it the luxurious rooms or the mouth watering menu or the dazzling ambience everything is just so well managed that you will be tempted to visit the place everytime you visit the city or if your the resident then visit when ever u want an outing. Thank you Team Victoria, Chinar park Rajarhat for a memorable experience each time I step in.

for mata ki chowki for my neice's wedding and the owner Mr. Mohit Arneja made sure that, that day the restaurant does not serve non veg. I did not request for the same but this was the unstated needs and extraordinary service that Victoria gives to their guest. If I talk about the food, it was so mouth watering and delicious that our guests who attended the function said peth bhar gya par mann nhi. So if you really want good food, ambience and worth for your money, do visit Hotel Victoria, Chinar Park, Rajarhat.

It was my baby’s birthday party on 28th Oct 22, it was very well organised by the entire team of Hotel Victoria a special thanks to Mr Abhijit Chatterjee, very supportive, the food was so delicious 10/10. Overall it was a wonderful experience, an experience I would cherish for long .
