All type of imported equips are provided for workout . A comfortable environment with cheerful songs and a right motivation is developed . The workout performance on the floor is observed by trainers regularly . Workout plans are guided by trainers . Nutritionists are available . Cardio section and workout area are both very spacious . This is a ideal environment for sweating up .

The best gym in thane .... since i have been working out here for 3 months now n have done my workout for a year before this in another gym... but this gym is really good . They have maintained it sooo well the equipments are well oiled machines . The gym ambience is always clean and the best sanitization. I would recommend this to all.
