Excellent. The Vedic yoga classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher. Poonam teaches more than just postures. Classes timing are according to comfort of students & price is quite low. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes in Vedic yoga & healing studio jawahar nagar hisar❤️??

Poonam ma'am has been practicing yoga since 15yrs and has excellent command over her instructions and she has alot of variations which help in opening up the body for advance Asanas.
