I have booked this resort for my friend recently, for two people and they came with a feedback that room and location is good but the food which was provided for night was very bad and pathetic, and even though pricing is that high, please try to provide good food because that plays a huge level of satisfaction among people, who usually go to these kind of resorts and relax.

View and ambience were good......but house keeping and service were very poor .....we had to repeatedly ask for our needs ........even the dustbin was full of garbage when we entered the room........ didn't expect these things from such an overrated spot.......

This is the worst experience which we had today. We booked a private pool room one month prior. But today when we reached there, they told pool filter is not working and they don't even had the courtesy to inform us earlier. We simply wasted our time and by traveling. Highly recommend not to go...

Amazing stay and experience. Best place for getaway to have a peaceful stay. They have all the amenities that is required. Amazing rooms with all facilities and great view. We booked pool room. Food was great. If you need any special food items like fish nirvana, you have to order before itself. They were really kind to us to provide fish nirvana eventhough we asked late. Must say that everything was so clean and hygiene. Staffs were really great, especially our host Sharath. Highly recommend this resort for a peaceful stay with great food and amazing view.
