Very very bad..... Please ? don't go this hospital.. 1. No manners 2. They need only money 3. Government hospital Better than this 4. Please go to muthakana for neurological treatment I lossed my father because of bad treatment in this hospital. Son of dr. valsankar "no knowledge" useless person *Kash ye comment ho read kre* Please don't go..... Jan hai to jaha hai!!!!!

My experience at Valsangkar Hospital Solapur 1.Supervisor who takes care of all the billings making people fool and stealing more money from patient relative on ICU and room charges. 2.Treating doctor and nurses was good, they take care of patient. At the time of admission, we have been told that ICU charges will be 14000/- per day by Supervisor of hospital who take care billing. After 3 days my father health was improved so then Dr asked you can move patient to general or room, then I enquired about room charges /General ward charges then supervisor was not willing to tell me the room charges and telling me once you shifted will let you know when I asked him 4-5 times and stood there by saying I want know the charges because I have to arrange money for it then he told me that ICU charges would be 14000/-and Deluxe single room charges will be 4500/-. But when I checked with other patient about charges then I got to know that ICU charges are 8000/- and single Deluxe room charges are 3500/-. At the time of discharge there was another supervisor was sitting and he printed bill and it was for 8000/- ICU charges and 3500/- single Deluxe room charges per day that mean another supervisor was trying to steal more money from me. 3. I did not collect some prescription at the time of discharge, and I left from hospital as I stay in Nagpur city it was difficult for me to visit hospital for prescription, so I had requested hospital team to find my prescription book and send it to me on that they also did not help me. I had admitted (Date 18th December 2022) my father in this hospital for the treatment of paralysis/ brain stroke. Overall, Doctor and nurses are good Office staff behavior is very bad. and they do not help on anything.

I visited the hospital for a fitness certificate. Instead of asking for specialised info on the subject hospital-services, it is always better to get it from 'horses' mouth,' i.e. directly from Hospital Admin. The info requested is not on questions like 'will it rain today?' 'Which bus goes to Timbaktu? Therefore, no shortcuts, please.
