I really love the gym❤️.It is totally safe for women.The trainers are so sweet and friendly.They provide good health and dieting tips.I has been doing the weightloss journey for almost 2 and a half months and lost 6kgs.Thanks to the trainer akka who helped me to achieve this. "Just love what you are doing".I personally had the passion to become fit and really loved to workout.I did it for me not for others.It took me long time to loose weight when compared to others but I felt happy by the small changes and also my health and activity has improved.I love this weightloss journey and still working on it.?

Very nice gym for ladies. With good trainer. Good equipment. More floor work out to reduce weight. More comfortable only for ladies. They are providing diet chart to reduce weight. Worthful gym. Safe for ladies.lowest fees gym in nagercoil. I have lost 11kgs within 3 months. Thanks to my dear friendly trainer.
