Before I write a review I bow to the Doctors, Nursing & Other Medical staff at various hospitals & clinics who helped me & my family to overcome the crisis & horror that was unleashed by 2nd wave of Covid-19 virus. I believe I have no capacity to write a review for the Treatment, Care & Counselling by Dr. Rakesh Sisodia & Team at VCare Hospital & Research Centre at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. I have been living in Delhi since last 27 years, the great city has given me everything I have today. I tested Covid+ on 19th April 21 & later on 21/22 April my whole family including my 11Y old son tested positive, booked online appointment for everyone and started treatment as per doctors protocol, despite best of the doctors consulting & guiding over calls me & my wife's health was not improving. My wife's lungs were infected >50% after 3-4 days treatment, despite best of efforts by me & my contacts we couldn't manage a hospital bed at Delhi NCR, my brother-in-law is posted at Indore & was worried about our deteriorating condition and was horrified of poor conditions of the hospitals at Delhi hence he asked to shift us to Indore. After lot of coercion, I took a call to shift my wife from Delhi home to VCare Hospital & Research Centre by road ambulance. Although ambulance charged handsomely, but I have no qualms. As I was the only family person besides both of the ambulance drivers in the ambulance, they guided me to 14 hour painful drive. I have no words to express my horror & ordeal on my way to Indore, last 4 hours were so challenging SPO2 trading below 85, once 76 & Pulse below 55. When we landed hospital it was about 6:15 AM horrified not aware of anything, it took hospital staff precisely 5-6 minutes to shift the patient to the ward & administering emergency drugs. Test samples collected, it was fight between life & death, although I have been to hospitals with several patients but never came across this situation. For next three days Doctors & Staff did whatever best could have been done to stabilise & take the patient out of danger, it was visible from the face of patient so the family members. I have no words to express my gratitude to Dr. Rakesh Sisodia & Team, after 11 days at VCare Hospital my wife got discharged. Doctor treated me without admission. I am thankful to the MP Govt. & Indore City administration, was at hospital for 11 days not heard about shortage of Oxygen & Injections even once. Before leaving Delhi on 1st May, I visited a well known Delhi state government hospital & medical college, doctors administered the emergency drugs & gave confidence to shift her to a hospital where facilities were available but were not very sure about getting oxygen & injection at their hospital. I have an advice to people who are still careless & not following protocols, Never ever mess with the Covid virus & follow COVID - 19 protocols. I pray to god for guiding me to shift the patient to Indore & blessed to have people around who supported me by flooding my inbox/calling me to "Stay Strong & Calm" Thank you so much! ??

Mine and my wife's experience has been really good with the kind of attention and treatment given . The entire staff headed by Dr. Sisodiya have been very caring and empathetic to every one who visited the hospital. Amidst this pandemic outbreak, I would suggest the hospital needs to increase the ICU beds along with some more space to be provided in the waiting area. Wish all the luck to the hospital .

Friendly environment over there, I got far better experience than other hospitals, staff and management were quite good and helpful too. Thanks to Dr. Rakesh shishodiya for my speedy recovery.

I am Gratified to express my experience here! During this pandemic and crucial conditions when everyone was suffering due to insufficient beds, ICUs, ambulances, medicines, oxygen, my husband, who was in a very critical condition due to Covid-19 as his lung’s infection reached up to 85-90%. We rushed to several hospitals but all refused to handle the case due to severity and lac of facilities. That time V-Care hospital administration helped us by providing bed in ICU and treatment started immediately by Dr. Rakesh Shishodiya. Under his guidance, close observation and excellent combination of medicines and also intensive care by nursing staff resulted into discharge of my husband only in 8 days with a good condition. So, we salute their hard work, sincerity and sympathetic behaviour of staff. Special thanks to Dr. R. Shishodiya for saving my husband’ life through his knowledge and experience in a very economical way. You have been a blessing to my family. A big thank to Mrs. Dipti Shishodiya for her initiation and effective management.
