Executive bar ambience was awesome and services by the staffs were excellent. Weekends DJ part was great , I enjoyed with my friends.??

Went around 6pm on a Saturday evening to have a couple of drinks with a mate.
We asked for a G&T and a beer. The bartender was unsmiling and unfriendly.
He gave us both drinks in the same kind of glass (the kind that you get tea in at roadside stalls in Kerala), no beer mug/glass for my friend and no ice or cocktail glass for my G&T. He asked if I wanted lime and when I said yes, he squeezed a small piece of lime (not a slice but the last 1/6 of a lime) and dropped it in the drink.
He then proceeded to pour a double measure of gin without asking me whether I wanted a double and then handed it over along with an unopened can of tonic water which wasn’t particularly cold.
The chemmeen poricchathu (a Kerala dish) was flavourless and a huge letdown.
To sum it up, don’t go there expecting a minimum standard because it’s a Hilton. Don’t go there for decent food. Don’t go there if you like cocktails. Don’t go there if you expect some form of customer service.
Unsurprisingly, we didn’t hang around there much longer and hightailed it to the bar in Hyacinth hotel, MUCH BETTER!
