By far amongst all the ENTs I have visited, Dr Thakral is the best in Bilaspur. Extremely professional, poliet, gives full time and attention to patient's grievances. His diagnosis is spot-on so he won't make you run for unnecessary lab tests.

Worst hospital ever seen in my life . The director Ankit thakral don't have the way to talk to anyone. They only loot the patient. The staff are soo egoistic they don't know how to talk to patient they don't know how to talk to patient family member. If u ever have emergency never ever go to this hospital. Cims is ahead of this hospital u can visit there. Charges are soo high that u can't afford.
