If you are looking for a fitness studio that is serious about the way they deal with their members then Team Suresh Fitness is the place to go in Goa. This taekwondo based MMA center gets you soaked in sweat within minutes. They have gymnastics for kids too. Great place and humble set of folks running this dojo. Wish I could have joined sooner!!
