The Receptionist is very Friendly, He checked me in at around 6 in the morning on giving a call, Would Really recommend specially if you're coming for KIIT. Just Try to avoid the ground floor as it can have a bit of mosquitoes .

Quite a decent place for stay at an affordable price. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Ac room (triple occupancy) cost around Rs. 1600/- & non-AC room (triple occupancy) cost around Rs. 1100/- & double occupancy cost Rs. 800/-. The rooms are spacious, neat & clean (house keeping z done everyday) and the location is good. Next to this guest house there are lot many options to shop from (Biba, etc.) & you could also find decent budget friendly hotels, restaurants, street food stalls. My parents love staying at this place!!
