Extremely rude behaviour from staff members. One person in particular, by the name Rahul Bhagat, does not know how to speak with people and behaved unprofessionally with us and kept making lame assumptions about guests. The booking confirmation that was sent was full with errors and after multiple iterations of corrections, when he finally got it right, kept calling me 5-10 times non-stop though I was busy. I am not sure a person with this level of unprofessionalism deserves to be employed anywhere. Maybe the hotel in itself is not that bad. But no one should risk their peace of mind by dealing with unprofessionals like him.

It was a blissful venture to spend some quality time at Trinity as I spent a crucial moment of my life over there. This place will stay prominent at the emotional corner of life. Rooms were really comfortable and the staff was warm and cordial. Nevertheless, the charges on food is unusually exorbitant. Overall, a wonderful stay.
