Okay for one night stay. Bad smell was coming from bathroom maybe it's only in my room. So 2 stars.Room is not that clean and not maintained. Lots of parking space is available and staff is friendly. The pictures are not at all close to the reality.

Don't expect any good service from the in charge person. If I remember his name, it was Sadarsan. Me and my husband had taken up Alsaj Tulip room for a night. It was our company Annual party and one of our friends needed to use our washroom. They accidentally knocked at the wrong room. Apparently, they put up a complaint. There comes our angry man and wanted all of us to leave immediately! We apologised to the neighbors and they were ok with it but our Man was not done. He was angry, I don't know for what reason, and started passing comments that were unparliamentary. He said we paid only for 2 and more can't stay. I tried to make him understand that our friend just came in to use washroom and they will leave. He was not ready to hear anything and was just shouting!!! I really feel he should learn business etiquettes, how to deal with customers, and most importantly go for some anger management class!

Geezer was not working, WiFi was not working. Only thing I liked is complimentary breakfast was good. My opinion is not worthy for the money you pay.

I checked in at 4 pm saturday with my family anx 2 year old kid. The hotel staff behavior was like he is doing a favour for me for the sake of doing.. I didn't felt he is there to help us. I informed need a delayed checkout because my wife's exam would be completeing oy after 2 in sunday after noon and i was reasy to pay for the extra.. He didn't agree and he wants me to book again for next day with double cost. when i raised this issue in your call center the agent said i can checkout and book new hotel.... Very funny... Then we reached room and it was a small room. yes it was clean. thanks they didn't forget to put your "OYo" bathroom kit. I booked a delauxe room and i didnt felt its worth for the money i paid. I turn on the tv and no signal.. went down and inform them and changed the set of box.. still no signal. he said its a issue with provider and have to wait few more minutes. even after 2 hour no singal in tv. then he said not working in entire building.. cool another lie.. i checked with other rooms and they confirmed it was working fine. again went down.. note that they didn't pick the call when i called from room.. he said some issue in that room... so no working T V for my stay.. asked for wi-fi password.. ha ha again he said wifi not working sincd last 2 days.. so wifi also not working. i have not received the service whih offered. As mentioned above there behavior is like we are intruders or someone came there to use there rooms for free... Really bad experience and have to mentioned alot..
