It's a great place to stay, lift available, rooms had a stunning view of the city, room are well furnished, staffs maintained and cleaned whenever we asked, always ready to help whenever needed. Breakfast was with limited options but they made us omlets for us daily. Provided laundry service at a small cost. Located close to shops and other facilities. Highly recommended for couples and families.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Excellent place, good staff and convenient location. The Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple is just 4 kms from here, the auto guy should charge between 80 to Rs 100/- Breakfast served is very good and you will love it. The Paragon restaurant is just 10 minutes walking distance. Recommended, it is VFM!!

Very nice hotel. Good view from top floors. The manager and staff are helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is fine enough for a light meal. I would suggest this place to everyone.

Treebo Trend park is located in an ideal location from where the hospital (Medical College) , and a main junction (Kesavdasasapuram) is easily accessible. There are 8 floors with 5 rooms in each floor, with one of the floors converted into a restaurant. The restaurant only provides free breakfast in the morning for the residents and will only take lightly orders like tea or coffee, nothing else. The room I stayed in was 804, from where a beautiful view of the Trivandrum city was visible. The room consisted of a double bed, TV, study desk, 2 chairs and an attached bathroom. The staff was very cordial and always saw that our needs were fulfilled. The rooms will be cleaned whenever the resident requests for it. They will also do our laundry if the resident request for it. The staff is available 24×7 for any purpose. Overall, if you're coming to have a relaxing holiday and want a safe place to stay, I strongly recommend Treebo Trend Park
