Nice rooms here I came there at morning time and the front office person was very friendly Nice foods there i think there is a night club also nice place to stay here

They no longer take online bookings. I had booked on agoda and on reaching was told that since one year they have stopped taking any kind of online booking. So that was bit stressful after travelling. But we took room since we had reached and also agoda payment got refunded later. Coming to the hotel reviews it is okayish. The sheets were dirty when we reached and on requested to change staff said multiple times that these are marks of washing and when we told them to change nevertheless they changed after half an hour. Hotel staff should not keep the guests hanging on for so long when they are tired after travel and just provide clean linen. Reception person was nice and took note of all requests for providing breakfast for early checkout and sightseeing tips. Okay to stay if reaching suddenly and need to spend a couple of days. They also don’t have a working restaurant. It will be good if hotel gets little systematic about getting cabs to help people go to airport. We requested for transport early morning on 1st jan to go to airport they got us an autorickshaw from the road whose driver was drunk and he fought with us at airport because we didn’t have 50 rs change. He shouted so much on us that airport police had to come and help us. Being on airport road there should be safer methods to help tourists reach to airports otherwise no point booking this hotel just by seeing that it is close to airport
