The rooms are very old and dirty. I had to cancel my booking, I was lucky that I didn't paid any advance during booking so I went on and booked another hotel.

Rooms smelled like cigarettes when we entered. Lot of traffic noise into the room when windows are opened. AC's are old. Staff was polite.

Great place to stay. I love their breakfast. I stayed here for three nights and my experience with them was very good. The staff were so kind and gentle. The hotel room has a beautiful view in front of a big park. Overall a good stay.

All good about this hotel except the location and the food. Room was good with modern amenities. There is no metro at Park Circus. The nearest metro is Park Street for which we had to hire a taxi every time. Complementary breakfast was not satisfactory as there was limited options and there was no system available to keep the food warm. Idli was served cold without sambar. Menu prices are bit on the higher side.
