2-3 years back i tried the MUGHLAI PARATHA AND CHICKEN IN toddy... It was good... But next time when I tasted it it was AWFULLLL... Just giving 3 stars for my first experience... Nothing so special....

Talking of today itself.. .I ordered for PANNER TIKKA BUTTER MASALA...(( a preparation of panner where its marinated for gud time in indian masala mixed in hangcurd.. And then put into randoor with capsicum n tomato n onion slices arranged on a iron seek ..... .. which turns it into roasted n gives smoky flavor which is latter on is put into a pre cooked gravy. But what i got in the name of panner tikka butter masala was simply freshly cut panner pices.. Cooked in gravy. Portion size was so much that i felt ashmed to see it twice. Priced 220/- No seen of paaner marination No use of tandoor. No tomato No capsicum. Well god knows if its a new improvised version of panner tikka butter masala.. ..gud method for cost cutting.... N fast service.

So the Owner here is a english speaking self proclaimed chef. And he claims to be serving food with local influence. Round cut boiled potatoes like the one you find in parwal ka sabzi. Shallow fried and coated with chinese gravy. Mr Chef probably does not realise the relation between cut and texture. They could have asked the money rightaway like TMC goondas then serving rubbish food. Even in bengal you will never find aloo dum chilly. Coz bengalis are quite serious about food atleast chinese.
