Quite economical, but the machinery and equipments are not up to the mark. Overall a good gym for beginners but definitely not the best option for intermediate or advanced lifters.

Well equiped with quality of treatment. I was suffering from.frozen shoulder and it was very painfull. But when i went for treatment for frozen shoulder , the way he told me.the anatomy of shoulder and within 20 days my lain is recovered and right now i m able to do painless movements.
