The rooms are sea facing and you can really enjoy the view. U can also have candle light dinner facing the sea view. Rooms are neat and service is fine

Very bad experience in Fab Hotels-Water edge beach resort ! When I checked in the hotel I was not given a glass of water and neither there was a bottle of water kept in the room. The manager of the hotel is least bothered about who his clients are and who are staying in the hotel, he is only interested in the money. The restaurant is also not clean, food is served very late, the food is not fresh. The so called smart television does not work properly because the internet connectivity is poor. There was no liquid soap available in the washroom and i had to inform them. There are no intercom facilities and we got to ask them the reception number. The staff is not courteous to Indian customers.
Overall it was the worst experience of my life. Never ever dare to check in this hotel.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Resort is adjacent to beach. Manager Sanal is humble in nature.
I forgot my mala at resort room. Mr Sanal search the said thing in room and courier it to me. Feel happy at stay and afterwards. Recommend to others.

It happened on 15 November 2022. We party of 5 (all senior citizens) were initially reserved in a hotel "THE BYKE PUJA SAMUDRA BEACH RESORT, KOVALAM" for 3 rooms, 1 night stay. We drove from Kanyakumari and found that a water main leak occurred in that hotel. Hotel was nice to book us in the nearby hotel "THE WATERS EDGE BEACH RESORT". When we reached there the bad experience started. A smart gentleman introduced himself as Manager (no name tabs and no verbal introduction). Lady wives in our group, went to the upper lever (no lift in the hotel) and found rooms not up to the mark. However, as we had to stay only for one night, we asked if SHSHA (for morning tea in rooms) was available. Answer was NO. There was no dinning hall and for morning complementary breakfast, guest needs to walk to the nearby restaurant also owned by the same owner.
In the mean time another young gentleman (with thick beard, thick hair and glasses) came and he was introduced as the owner of the property. Again no name was given. Our previous hotel offered to send 3 electric kettles BUT the owner and Manager of THE WATERS EDGE BEACH RESORT objected saying that no outside gadget shall be permitted.
As no welcome drink was offered, I asked for some drinking water. I was given a bottle for which the owner asked me to pay INR 20.00.
Both the Manager and the Owner were rude. It was categorially told that we now can't stay there.
Five Senior citizens were left on the road with luggage tied up on the luggage carrier of the taxi. We drove out and got accommodation in another hotel, which was much more courteous .
