The TEA Room — 1st floor in iconic TEA BOARD building overlooking the busy tea board crossing with hundreds of people and vehicles cross crossing but this quiet room provides u an unique ambience to sip tea and gossip with with friends and colleagues over a cup of hot piping cup of first flush. The place by GOODRICKE a group is one of its kind in Kolkata and showcases all and anything about TEA. Snacks along with tea are available aplomb and are compatible . Taste of food is good and pricing are moderate. Packets of various sizes and varieties are available for sale sourced from different Tea gardens of GOODRICKE located in various parts of India Overall a place to be in your bucket list (Note : the place closes at 7pm )

Very nice and calm place amidst the chaos outside.. Decent collection of tea n snacks.. Special mention for Cliffhard...he is just awesome with his hospitality.. Good place to visit at leisure... Elderly n differently abled ppl.. Its on 1st floor n their policy doest allow lift for that floor.. the lift man is one hurdle u ll face apart from the maddening traffic n rush outside....once inside its a different world...
