Customer service was good. Shakun and Mohan were extremely good. Despite the restaurant being full they still managed well. Courteous, patiently explaining any queries and customer centric in their approach. We had pizza, chiken tikka, naan, marinated chicken salad along with ice tea and mocktails. Everything was fresh and good. They also surprised us with a birthday cake as it was our daughters birthday. A memorable dinner outing.

The Square in Novotel is a perfect place for your lunch/dinner. They offer a wide spread of del a yes when it comes to buffet. The rates are affordable but at the same time, there is no compromise with the quality.
Each and every dish is cooked with great care & utmost perfection. They conduct various food festivals from time to time, which you wouldn’t want to miss.
Staffs are really helpful and serve you your needs with a smile. I thoroughly enjoyed dining here in various occasion.
Please note that they accept Zomato Gold(as of 13th Feb,2020). So, you can save money as well when you’re having the food to your satisfaction.

Had a one off amazing experience at The Square at Novotel OMR. Was a little doubtful seeing the average google reviews, but we had a splendid evening. Great service from Ms. Rebek and Chef Mr. Soundhar. They took care of our tiniest requests and made us felt absolutely at home. Evening was worth it here at Novotel. Much recommended.

Thank you to Amit, Shubhm, and Team for such an excellent birthday celebration for my mom's birthday. All of you managed to make the moment special with the cake and candle. The best dinner buffet I have had so far. Thank you for your attention to details such as listening on the first day that my mom is vegetarian and trying to make more vegetarian dishes even without eggs. There was such a vast variety of food and it all tasted excellent. I had time to make only a few pictures of dishes and thanks to the team for taking some photos of the celebration. It was a very good experience. Wish you all the best in your service and continue keeping up doing a very good job.

Awesome buffet with an excellent spread of veg and non veg salads, main course, desserts and live counters for Chinese, tandoor, fries and breads. It was an amazing service and I made it a point to pay the service charges; which was otherwise excluded. The F&B team is super motivated to be of great service. Thanks much Karthik, mani et al!
