The Spot, Pondicherry, early April 2022. This recently opened venue took me by surprise, I didn't even know it was there until I saw this orange WALL on the street (see photo) which you can't miss. Had a nice seat in the outdoor bar, mid-day, and it was very comfortable. Ordered the lasagna (which was the best I'd had in Pondicherry) and a rum punch. Nice decor, quite the buildinga nd a lot of greenery. I'll come back again at night when its probably the hopping spot!

Good coffee, great cocktails, excellent location, chill vibe, prompt and friendly service, and good WiFi network to sit and work as well. It’s really quite a perfect Spot in town. (I tend not to care much about food so I’ve no clue how good or bad that is. But the drinks - alcoholic and non alcoholic - are great!)

Went to this place with 7 of my friends. Although food is costly, it's really good and I think it was worth it. In fact one of the cheaper places to eat near whitetown and Promenade Beach. I'd recommend the pasta and beef burgers. Pasta has good portion size. Ambience, there are no complaints. Go here if you want relatively cheap but good food, (not Indian food though) (P.S. note that I said relatively cheap)

Absolutely loved the food and ambience here! The Malabar fish curry and Arabiatta pasta that we had ordered was top notch and actually came within 10 minutes despite being a busy Friday night. The proximity to promenade is a BIG plus. The staff is warm, friendly and makes you feel at home.

Such a lovely restaurant situated just by the beach. Though you do not get sea view but open air setting of this restaurant is just so amazing! Love the vibes of this place, perfect for open air dinner and drinks. Place is very breezy, food is also amazing. There is also an art gallery on 1st level which is apparently open for events.
