I had an extended stay at this Hotel for 5 days and the place was top notch in all aspects. Right from the security to the concierge everything was well managed. Very well laid out restaurant, their in-house bar 'Bike n Barrel' the cake shop etc. Being at right in the heart of the city, I was expecting some chaos. However I was proved wrong on all counts. I booked a Club room and was good enough for a family of 4 to stay. The rooms were clean and laundry replaced every single day. Good breakfast spread with the staff always eager to help. Their restaurant and in-room dining was simply amazing. Had a chance to meet the chef who turned out to be an enthusiastic gentleman. There was never a single instance I could recall where I wasnt greeted without a smile. The staff is well trained in what is it to be customer centric and attention to detail is impeccable. Would I go again ? Yes simply loved the place and the ambience. Great team, excellent and impeccable service. Kudos to the team at The Residency Towers.

We had an AMAZING experience at Residency Towers. One of the best experiences I had so far. Such courteous, cordial and welcoming staff. Room service was beyond our expectations. The staff was very helpful with all our requests. Our official check in time was 12 PM but on our request they provided early check in at 8 am. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was quite sceptical about the hotel at the time of booking as it right on a very busy road. Gladly we were pleasantly surprised with the stay at the hotel. Firstly, I had called the hotel reservations desk as the prices were high on other sites. The staff was very courteous in interaction and helped me with a proper room for my stay. They gave a good deal as well even though the booking was done just a couple of days before the travel. They have valet parking and make it very easy on arrival. Check in was smooth as well. On arrival it was very nice to see that the extra bed was already arranged. The rooms were clean and kids fancied the iPad control of the room features ?. We opted for in room service on both nights and the food was awesome. They even provided a small gift snack box for Diwali. Kids also enjoyed the billiards table play. Gym was quite nice as well. We were able to burn some calories on the treadmill ?. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The ambience at restaurant and overall hotel was a very pleasant experience. Definitely a hotel i would recommend for others.

Typical business hotel, clean, good service, polite staff and also automated iPad operated room settings like lights, curtains, AC etc. In the centre of Puducherry, but has a good driveway and there is parking too but don't know how big it is. Food is decent and had local cuisine too. I enjoyed the breakfast more than the dinner though. Very close to the French Colony, get a bike and drive around or go on a cycle.

Well located in centre, close to all tourist attractions and notable food places. Stayed here for 3 nights - comfortable stay, rooms were excellent. Breakfast buffet spread was decent with plenty of options and tasty, with quality ingredients. A la carte lunch on our first day of stay wasn’t great. Too slow service, food was average. Staff is helpful, room service and housekeeping is quick and attentive. Size of rooms is surprisingly large and good use of smart devices for curtain and lighting. Recommend a stay here when in Pondicherry!
