During this visit, the hotel made me feel unwelcome. A mere airport pickup and drop (chargable) was not available due to a "corporate event". A hotel this big and usually professional is not bothered with even trying to arrange a taxi- there are thousands of them in the city. Even a 3 star hotel can do better than this.

Excellent hotel. Exceptional staff. Kassie , my driver was excellent. John and his team in the main restaurant were all stars. The restaurant has a huge vegetarian and gluten free selection which is not available in most restaurants. Well done to the team of the Residency Towers Coimbatore. You really live up to your 5 Star rating.

Worst dining experiences ever. Banquet manager Sathish response is pathetic. He does not even lends a courtesy call when we said our gifts went missing at the venue. Such an irresponsible answer and a standard response which is not felt from heart. It's just by words. Please look out for better venues for events. The food is below average.

It's a wow place to stay.....all smart lighting, entertainment and curtains.....rest assured hospital is A1. I forgot my earpods, which were mailed to me all the way from coimbatore to bareilly.thanks to the supporting staff. Even if not for this support, the rooms are smart rooms and we'll maintained. Also well and easy connectivity to the airport

5 star Hotel with an excellent service and very spacious and comfortable rooms. The conferences rooms are also very nice. I liked the food and found staff to be very polite and responsive.
