Bad experience, stayed here for the 1st time, and was highly disappointed. Cons - 1. Outdated rooms & and some constant compressor noise all night 2. Reception staff seemed lazy and sleepy - gave them the key card and asked for check out. They assumed I was asking for early check-in and made me wait. 3. Poor response from staff - Delayed responses to emails, not keeping their commitments, wrong communications. Pros - 1. Good breakfast & good response by the restaurant staff. 2. Good location

Two days back I had the chance to reside in one of the best hostel in pune. The pride hotel. Their service was superb, well maintained and clean rooms with proper hygiene. Bathroom and washroom areas were also well cleaned. Room service provided by them is great. Overall in nutshell I had great time to be there with my family. I'll highly recommend you, if you want good, clean, hygienic and great place to stay. The pride hotel is the best place for you.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our stay memorable. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean.
