Nice place And clean. They have all equipments , and he is very good friendly trainer, worth for money and I lost my 7 kgs with in 2 and half month , I'm really happy to write the review here, must visit and join here u also like to join here.

The Gym is quite good and neat. I would definitely want to appreciate the work of the trainer Mr. Joshy, who is really a good trainer, with much experience on fitness, nutrition, personal coaching etc. He is very kind and dedicated. He inspires the members with experience and helps us to achieve our goal. I would definitely recommend this Gym to everyone who wants to find a way to achieve their fitness goal.

Friday: 5:30 to 11 am, 4:30 to 10 pm
Saturday: 5:30 to 11 am, 4:30 to 10 pm
