It's a pity that even after so many years in Navi Mumbai I didn't know about this place. We came across The Frontier Post while looking for a new place to dine in and what a discovery it was! The Frontier Post is located in the Madhya Pradesh Bhavan in Vashi. It's spacious and it's luxurious decor, right from the paintings, tapestry to lamps, gives one a feel of royalty. The food is amazing too. We ordered: Starters: Peshawari Paneer Tikka - Soft, luscious paneer, perfectly flavoured. Dahi ke Kabab - Possibly one of the best I've had till date. A must-try! Masala Papad Main course: Methi Palak Papad sabzi - A completely new dish for us. Creamy as well as crunchy. Too good! Bhindi Corn Masala - An interesting combination that totally works. Rotis: Afghani Naan - Fluffy, soft and yummy. Peshawari Naan - Stuffed with dryfruits, slightly on the sweet side. Onion Kulcha - My all-time favourite and nicely made. Garlic Naan - One can smell the garlic, it's that well topped. Loved it. Laccha Paratha - Good one. Dessert: Rose phirni - Flavoured with gulkand and topped with dryfruits and rose petals. Every bite is a treat! The place is slightly expensive but the quality, taste and service make it all worth it. Perfect place to take your guests or to satiate the foodie in you. They have buffets from Mon-Sat and Kitty Party lunches available as well. Check them out.

We had been hearing about this place from a few friends for quite some time now and decided to try it. Truly superb biryanis. Both veg and chicken biryani were cooked right to perfection. The ambience of this place was really LIT. It had amazing to accompany with the good music being played! Amazing Konkan food, coupled with great service. Artistically designed with verandah and courtyard concept! Absolutely yum stuff and a very pocket friendly place! Fantastic service and even better food. I will definitely come back. I can recommend this place to everyone!

This place is situated very close to Raghuleela mall and easily accessible. It has a very spacious dining area with a garden seating area as well. This place gives very royal maharashtrian vibes. We had ordered rawa bombil fry and chicken banjara in appetisers. Both the dishes were amazing. Bombil fry was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Also the chickEn banjara was very juicy. In mains we ordered chicken dum biryani which was more than enough for 2 people. Loved the flavours and quality of the biryani.
