Rude staff..there was one fat guy wearing specs.. couldn't get his name.. wasn't even responding to queries.. I told them I don't have any special loyalty card but I am ready to pay for whatever I am gonna have yet they didn't allow me inside.. Pathetic pathetic...I have been visiting Irish house in Quest Mall Kolkata ever since it started..but the one at the airport is just disgusting and pathetic... was thinking of taking legal action against them but since I had a layover of 3 hours didn't wanna waste my energy on these bufoons..avoid this place at any cost..there are much better options

Went to this lounge with the priority pass membership. It was morning time, so the breakfast buffet was served. It had all the options ranging from North Indian, South Indian, continental, fruits and salads, hot and cold drinks. The staffs are very hospitable and the ambiance was nice

This lounge at the airport is for business class and premium level in loyalty program individuals. Additionally they allow only some card holders. This is on the 1st floor, just near to the other airport lounge. The lounge is decent with some better food options in comparison to the other lounge. The hard drinks are chargeable as like other lounges, whereas softer ones are on the house. The wifi is free and you may ask then for the details. Overall a nice experience. Happy travelling!!!!
