One cannot imaging the extent of customer service this place can offer. There was a problem in my online booking for no fault of the hotel. They could have easily turned me away but instead the staff really accommodated me not for just 1 day but 2. This professionalism trickles down from the GM Ms. Qhevili to the managers Varun and Chong (hope the spellings are correct) They were extremely helpful and ensured I had the best service. When they were actually 100% occupied Varun called up the nearby hotels for me and got me a booking. He also sent his staff to help me with my luggage. We can learn the true meaning of customer service from them. And now for the property.. it reminded me of the Royal rustic mansion with English sitting rooms. The furniture is all wood and regal. It does justice to its name..The Heritage. Three cheers to them

A great place to stay if you want a sense of how the British lived here a century ago. It's a peaceful place and runs at a slow pace. A touch on the spartan side when it comes to heating and bathrooms. We enjoyed it enormously for the atmosphere but not everyone will find it so appealing. Depends where you come from, what you want and on your expectations. Thank you . . . .
