The Food taste is below average. Youve to wait minimum 20 minutes to be served even though the restaurant is empty. The price is too much for the food taste. Zero parking space. Park your car 500meters away. Shoyld really look on o their service and food taste to improve.

The service is worse. They take so much time to serve food though the customers in the cafe are less. They don’t even know to engage with customers. It took 20 mins for them to just serve a drink. Its not compulsory for them to bring all the dishes ordered at once they can keep serving them one by one instead of making us wait without anything on the time. I had some work so I had to rush back so finally I had to ask them to pack everything for me except the beverage. Peri peri fries was just like potato poriyal made at home. Needs alot of improvement. The girl who took the order doesn’t even smile n greet or is very lazy to even explain the menu to us as if thr r 20 customers waiting. The ambiance is also not that good. There’s no sufficient tables too.

It was awful, the service was the worst I have experienced and they took so long serve the food even when there were almost empty. There was no ventilation in the room they gave us, the AC might as well be a prop. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined P.S Do not follow the other ratings. The food was not worth it and is overrated

The service is one of the worst I've ever seen. First we were given a table in a place that smelled like dirty socks (must have been due to rain water leaking into the hotel. The person who took our order didn't turn up at all. 45 mins later I went to their reception but no one was there. So I called them from the kitchen and asked them the status of our order. After 2 mins we recieved a random dish which we never ordered. The waiter apologised and said that our order will be ready in 5 mins. After 5 mins another person came and said that the first waiter was new and misplaced the order so we should order again. Since it was 3 40 pm and we were very hungry we did not have the energy to argue and so we repeated our order. Half an hour later they bring us 3 dishes out of which one was changed by them. At this point I was so tired to argue and only pointed out to them the mistake and started eating. When I asked for ketchup for the fried rice,the waiter went for it and never returned.. Wasted 2 hours of my time here.. I'm unsure if we were unlucky today or this mess occurs here on regular basis.. Go there at your own risk

Worst service. We ordered kasmiri pulao, dal and chicken 65. After 30mins of wait..we got only kashmir pulao and kept waiting for rest of the order..finally ended up eating only pulao...
