One of the best gyms in Seawoods! 1. Maintained well!! 2. Trainers are good! Helpful! Basically, they know what they're y doing. Personal favorite: Samuel (Sam, that's what we call him) 3. Spacious! Yeah. 4. They had Zumba, Yoga and Tabata training.. But I'm waiting when they reorganizing them. 5. All necessary equipments are there.! 6. Quite affordable. Personal Note : My fitness journey started here.. So it's like my second home!
