My family and I stayed at this very tastefully decorated hotel. Our experience was amazing, from staff to the food, personal attention, and conversations with the owner, everything was phenomenal! We ate at this restaurant all the time and everything we ordered was very tasty! We invited our friends who lived in town over for dinner one night and they reserved a private space for us to enjoy our evening together. Loved our time in The Divine Hima. Thank you for making our vacation so relaxing, being home away from home, and keeping us well fed with all the deliciousness! We will be back whenever in Dharamshala again.

Finally got the opportunity to relish their pizza...and roasted almond soup too. This latest experience definitely made me change the rating to five star!!! The ambience, the interior is breathtakingly awesome! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy their wood fire oven pizza because their cook had left the job. Phew!!...........

Restaurant is a Lovely place to visit. Very cosy. Feels like at home. They prepare food only after your order. The hosts are true gentlemen. You can stay as well.

Pollie Uttley posting..... My husband and I first visited India in November 1995 and have visited it almost every year since then. We have experienced a very wide range of accomodation in our many visits. In October 2022 we chose to stay at the Divine Hima, a small boutique hotel very close to the Norbulinka Institute in Dharamshala. We found a gem of a hotel which we were unable to fault in any way. The foyer and rooms are tastefully decorated with an eclectic mix of interesting rocks and a whole array of excellent photos taken by Sanjay.Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent, attentive staff and the food was amongst the best we have ever tasted in India. Our hosts were Sanjay and Pooja who treated us like part of the family and we enjoyed their company. Should we return to Himachal Pradesh we will certainly stay again. Pollie Uttley

We went there by mistake. But the mistake was worth. This is a Hotel and a Restaurant. We didn't stay there but we spent some time there. The place is decorated beautifully. The artwork is admirable. One should definitely visit this place just see it's beauty. The rooms are priced on the higher side, so we stayed elsewhere. It is near the Norbulingka Institute.
