Many things were told about this project but it is stuck and long due. Its perfect example of Human greed. The Rajesh Lifestyle was the developer / builder of the property. He has just used "The Chedi" brand under his tie up with GHM group of Singapore. The whole hotel is fir sell. If you have Rs. 1500 to 2000 Cr then please go ahead and purchase this property. Because the builder has got ched in his pocket due to this chedi project. He don't have liquid cash to fund his other projects and can be called " Bura Latak gaya"
