Disgusting place to stay, Worst Room Service, Worst Amenities. Water Leaking bathroom, AC wasn't working, Dirty floor and Dirty Bed, they didn't even washed the bedsheets, No drinking water provided, No Soaps or towels were provided. Even after complaining all these, they are very arrogant and charged me full for the worst service they provided. I request everyone not to visit or book this place.

Liked the service from the Management. Good rooms and other facilities. Had a small trouble with reservation, still they politely helped to sort it out. They even cared to ask me review about the place and their services. Breakfast served was a bit not okay though. Easily reachable from the railway station. Close to the Secretariat as well.

Hotel location is in proper Trivandrum city so easy to check out nearby sights. Hotel staff was friendly and answered all questions patiently. The rooms are spacious & food is good. Would love to visit again.
