It's a hotel very close to market and on the main road. Rooms are good except your room should not be facing the front road. Otherwise it is very noisy one. Restaurant food quality needs to be improved a lot.

Spacious family suites with impressive interiors & furniture having hill side view. Delicious food similar to home cooked. Humble, polite & very helpful staff. However strength of house keeping or other staff members is very less therefore service is not prompt. Power backup arrangement is very poor. On the night of check-in power supply snapped & could not be restored until afternoon next day. Intercom line remained affected for the entire stay period after power failure & had to rush down to reception for every minute need. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Insects or flies creep inside room. Overall experience not satisfactory.

Very good hotel to stay in Gangtok.Has space for parking.Very good scenery from the hotel. Food is amazing. The ambience is also good and pleasant. The rates are also reasonable. Bookings for taxi vehicles also done for local tourism such as changu lake, Nathula pass and others

Visited during 2nd week of December. Since the time of our visit is end of the tourist season, we were the only occupants foe a day and some more guests joined on the swcond day. Nice and clean place. Hotel staff are nice courteous. They provided all the facilities and comforts. Food was served hot and it was tasty and like home cooked food.
