I would like to call out Mr. Mallikarjun at Tanishq-Jayanagar showroom who I understand is the senior most sales professional in the team, for his very kind, humble & polite behaviour in providing the service. I came in with an intent to purchase one pair of baby size bangles, but walked out with the one intended plus a couple of other stuffs as well. This was purely because of the time he took to offer me more collections for different needs of mine. I would like to appreciate his customer relationship building skills & wish him all the best in his role.

Very polite and well behaved staff, I had an interaction with Sangam, he is very knowledgeable in what he does at the same time very patient to explain everything in detail. The product we were looking for wasn't available there, however, he found the right store where it was available and guided us there.. Would love to visit this Store again. Great Job team ?
