Lovely property, run by a large woman staff. Extremely courteous and kind. It's a relatively new place so the rooms are pristine, no signs of wear or damages. The rooms are large and well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable, with next to no sound coming through, sleep wasn't an issue at all. The food was great for some things (pizza especially) and average for some other (idlis at breakfast), and the room service for food took a little longer but that could be down to them being very booked when I stayed here. There's a massive traffic issue right outside the hotel due to road works though that's not something they have control over. I'd definitely come back here.

Went for a workshop so was in the ball room of 2nd floor mostly. The experience of being there with all the prosperous looking objects and places was great. The place is well decorated interior wise. The location is also very prime. Had just one observation that the staff is very eager to help and very supportive but I noticed that most of them were either Kerala or North Indian people.

Excellent ! Attended an event recently, excellent maintenance inside the event hall. Hotel team explained about the safety systems before the meeting, which is really good. Professionalism is well maintained. Staffs are very supportive and highly professional. Food is also good.

Visited here on my bday with hubby. Right from valet parking drivers to persons at the entrance door of course the reception desk to the waitress & the chefs all completely managed by women. Excellent food. Very tasty & mouthwatering. The nachos was authentic Mexican & the breads so thin crust with tasty veg side dishes. Waiting to visit again. Kudos to all the women folk working here.??.
