The stay was really awesome...the staff is very friendly and good...
Amazing gesture as we were early for check in without any prior notice and it was a try journey overnight and we just requested them and they swiftly provided the same ..... really happy with the gesture.........

The food is amazing, especially the breakfast buffet has a variety of options to choose from and they all taste delicious.
The rooms are well maintained.
The Front Office team is very warm and welcoming.

We stayed at this property for 7 nights. This old but well maintained property is being looked after by a team of highly motivated and well trained staffs. All my requests were attended promptly to my satisfaction. The buffet breakfast was good. The co-ordination between staffs for giving guests best hospitality experience is commendable. Mr Animesh was very friendly and took special effort to make my kid feel good.
However, two things were not so good. Firstly the stench from the lake needs to be curbed and secondly the swimming pool in-charge needs a few lessons on hospitality.

The complimentary breakfast is also good.The location is also good for business purposes. The service is excellent. Staff is courteous. It's a nice hotel to stay. Only issue I faced was the TV channels. It seems to have an old look & many mainstream channels are not available.
