The Dashing and less known Suvarnamukhi Reservoir is about 47km from Bengaluru , 119km from Mysuru, 9km from Harohalli village. This place makes a perfect gateway from city busy life.Calm and quiet place for a relaxed day out. The drive to this place is wonderful with Greenery all around.Good serene place, noncommercial with lesser crowd and pollution. One can walk on the mud path and enjoy the fresh breeze. Also an ideal place to watch the Sun rise. Overall a place more beautiful than it looks out to be. Have a short day at hand, go drive to this unknown place and experience serenity and peace

Beautiful place , tranquil and calm. You have take a steep climb. Ensure u r wearing shoes. There is no tree on Reservior to chill so better go on evening or winter time.

It's a short drive around 30 to 35 kms from city. One can enjoy evening around this calm place watching sunset hehind the hills. Its near harohalli and lot of birds around. Please maintain this place clean and don't litter
