Went here for a Covid vaccine last week. The place is clean and staffs are well behaved. It is in the first floor. But cowin app is showing an incorrect pincode for this address. Covid test is also done here. One of my friend got herself tested and the report is delivered over email within 24 hours. They charge 780 for vaccination and 950 for RT-PCR test
