Nitin is an amazing trainer, makes you feel very comfortable, me being a new member and not confident at all he will help with that! He is great with nutrition, being vegan most trainers tell you to eat meat but he was very understanding an saw other alternatives. Helps with any problem and gets you feeling fantastic, excellent gym!

Been working out here since Feb this year. Nitin is an amazing trainer and is always pushing and motivating me so that I can push my limits. He's helped me put on a decent amount of lean muscle and i feel stronger and fitter than I've ever felt . Great results and highly recommended!!

I was quite skeptical about joining this gym. I thought the space was super small and dint have a lot of the equipment the bigger gyms have, but it was convenient so joined. Two months in I have realised I was wrong. They have all the basics covered and with 3 amazing friendly actually jacked trainers who help you and push you to the max and show you so many variations. What else do you really need.

Doing 3 chin ups might not sound a lot. But when you consider I am almost 47 and the total number of chin ups I have done in my whole life is a big fat 0, then this is life changing. Add to that I have lost 8.5 kgs and 3 inches off my waist in a little over 4 months. This is all thanks to the best personal trainer Nitin and the small yet excellent and very professionally run Superfit gym. The Superfit gym, its trainers and especially Nitin are simply fabulous and I invite you try them out. I’ve just joined Ricardo’s Superfit Gym in Nagoa, and to say the least, it is a jewel. It’s just the right size, clean, great location, is designed with a good variety of equipments and the trainers are young, fit and eager to help with your workout techniques. I have been assisted in my startup at the Gym by Nitin (one of the three instructors), and needless to say, my interaction with him in the last couple of weeks has been wonderful. If you want to start on a fitness regime, it's a no-brainer; join Superfit.
