over all the experience at Lotus grand was very warm and felt as 3 star hotel. the rooms and service was very adaptive and they were so friendly with guidence.

People visiting Hyderabad are highly recommended to stay at this hotel i am checking out today and i have had a great stay all thanks to hotel's services and staff, very cooperative, helpful, disciplined and well Hygienic. I personally recommend to visit and do stay here at the hotel especially. I am way more satisfied by hotel's amenities and services provided more than my Tour in Hyderabad. ❤️❤️

My company HO is in Hyderabad so they booked a hotel for their staff. It was an overall wonderful experience staying in this hotel with a colleague. Supportive staff with good ambiance. Booked through OYO so complimentary breakfast was included in it. The only problem was with breakfast stayed for 3 days but same breakfast for 3 days.

The hotel is just beside the railway station and has decent rooms. The room and washroom area is clean and they provide the basic amenities. The service is on the slower side but the rates are reasonable.

It would be better if there are a few more plug points in the room as well as dress hanging facility on walls. Also, the bed is not good. Service was good but overall neatness of toilet can be improved.
