Just I want to share my thoughts about my trainer, I m taking PT from last 2 month's by Mr. Izhar sir and its awaysome?, Izhar is best and giving much inspection during work out ??but it's too much hard to do one more & one more set?. Well he is my personal trainer and I know very well about izhar, his behavior & his training.....

This gym is very nice and equipment is very nice and my personal trainer Suresh is very superb he has all the knowledge about excercise and diet plan he is well certified trainer in this gym and he alway use to motivate to the trainee person and very help ful person in the gym.

Friday: 6 am to 11 pm
