This temple is at height.... You are welcomed by the monkeys.... Its a beautiful view from top of the temple... Surya Bhagwan is first giving his light at this temple... There is a murti of Surya Bhagwan along with his wife... Also you may travel with your vehicle at some extent....?

Very beautiful place of worship. Situated on the top of the mountain gives you the view of whole Jaipur. Very mesmerizing view from this place. Must visit place if you are coming to jaipur.

It’s a little hike but the view is so worth it! There was an old lady who gave us some rice pops to eat and put a dot on our foreheads and wanted a donation. I guess this is how they do it. Nevertheless a nice experience to visit this temple. Close by is the monkey temple which is also an interesting destination.

Combine this visit with a walk around the adjacent Royal Gaitor, but check the opening times. However, no matter as the views are impressive, and it's quiet as most people can't be bothered to make the effort to climb the steps.
