Based on price and the location, this is a very good option. They have both AC and Non AC. The hotel is located in the main market area so commuting is very easy. Very basic room. No WiFi. It's clean.

Worst experience over there. They hired ppl who doesn't even know how to communicate with guest. Rooms were filled with mosquitoes I didn't even sleep one night properly. Drinking water which they're providing it was look like that jar is not clean for years. They are not providing wifi facility also.

Dear Sugam Management, Train your employee how to treat your customer. Don't be so arrogant that you are in prime area and your rooms book frequently. Your front desk Mr.Santhosh is saying he will not book room with Local ID person. During marriage season we are the local people who book rooms to accomodate our friends and relatives. Those who are coming form other cities will not know the location details and other stuff. Don't be so confident that without Local people support you can run the show .

Worst experience ever seen & ever we had. We came for an medical emergency from salem for my brother. My relative came to visit me not even enter the reception. The guys started talking. The reception person was so rude and manipulating his words. Its horrible experience. Beware of before booking. It's so hurts. I don't think so it's suitable for business place.
