Subhikasha hotel is a venture by the kerala state govt. they serve Meals @ 20rs. The meals served is really nice for the price. The address is subhiksha hotal state central library canteen palayam. It is functioning under food and civil supplies department kerala government. It is a really great initiative by the govt of kerala
