The Gym is very good and has all the facilities needed and the trainer of the gym is also very good his name is SUJOY sir he is a professional and makes us train very well, before 1 month, joining the Gym I was 79kgs now after 1 month I have lost 4 kgs and now my Weight is 75kgs... All around the Gym is very good and you should come to it.....

Monday: (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Jayanti), 7 am to 9:30 pm
Tuesday: 7 am to 9:30 pm
Wednesday: 7 am to 9:30 pm
Thursday: 7 am to 9:30 pm, Hours might differ
