Been a regular member since 2 months. Nice environment, decent enough equipments, friendly trainer, friendly environment, Air Conditioned. It's a unisex gym so both men and women can join. There's also Zumba classes. It has Cardio, strength training as well as weight lifting equipments. I've rather enjoyed the environment than other big gyms. Less people, the more trainer will focus on individual. Hope my review helped.

Very good gym with all modern amenities! Very good trainers and good atmosphere for family. I visit this gyn with my family and never had any uncomfortable situation.

Thursday: 6 to 11 am, 6 to 9 pm
Friday: 6 to 11 am, 6 to 9 pm
Saturday: 6 to 11 am, 6 to 9 pm
Sunday: Open 24 hours
